DISCLAIMER: PALM 1 is not responsible for the misuse of products. PALM 1 is not responsible for Shipping Carriers, Customs, or Legality in your State or Country. If your products are seized or held, PALM 1 will not issue a refund. Our Return Policy is available for your review in the contract you signed before purchase. Refunds and Returns are not eligible if requirements are not met.

SHIPPING: We charge a flat rate of $8 to mail within the US.

RETURNS: Our policy extends to 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return an item more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Return Shipping: To make a return, please mail us your product. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund, including the original $8 shipping charged, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a reasonable amount of days.

  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via email.

  • Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us if you need to exchange it for the same thing, and mail us your article.
